Summer Engagement Inspiration: Lindsey + Brett Engagement Session in Covington, OH

Brett and Lindsey wanted a few photos at their beautiful farm venue and some out in the woods. I love getting in the creek and splashing around. Nothing like cooling off in the creek for a late summer engagement session any ways! Their outfits were prefect! A little dressy for one and a tad more casual for the second.

Remember when planning your engagement session to go with more than one outfit. Bringing a second outfit can help for many reasons, but most of all giving you two looks to choose from. Your engagement session should be relaxing and fun!

With plans for a fall wedding, summer was the right fit for their engagement session. They left the kids at home and made the evening about them. With clear skies, they had nothing to loose. Warm water to splash around in and wild flowers in bloom making the perfect setting for their love.

We ended the evening seeing a perfect sunset. Taking full advantage of the setting we stopped the car while pulling out of the park to grab a few last shots! Lindsey did say she would love a sunset, and that is just what we got!

Late summer is probably the perfect time for engagement sessions in my opinion. Longer days full of perfect sunsets. Summer styles while paired with a sweater or jacket in the evenings. Best of both worlds when you want to show off more than one outfit!
